Counselling provides a safe and confidential setting in which you can discuss and
explore problems with a trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapist who helps you to
identify, question and change negative thought patterns and behaviour.
Research has provided scientific evidence that Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, or
CBT, can work effectively in treating a wide range of emotional and physical health
conditions. You are encouraged to identify both short and long-term goals that you
would like to achieve.
We talk about how you think about yourself, other people and the world. We also
discuss how your negative thoughts and feelings are preventing you from experiencing
a more fulfilling and positive lifestyle.
